i have enough evidence to conclude that the GRE is much easier than the GMAT.
- you will be given a choice for the issues essay and there's more time to write that essay too!
- the verbal section is way easier than GMAT. GRE has stuff like antonyms and analogies which GMAT doesn't.
- verbal section and maths section has few questions than GMAT
- AND the GRE is cheaper than the GMAT by US$110!

my cousin was trying to show off that he managed an average of 700 for his GRE. he so pissed me off on the first day of chinese new year that now i'm going to take the GRE to shut him up. he went on about how he got full marks for math and 600 for english. *gag* he didn't get the hint that i was gagging and i had to literally ignore him to get him to stop talking (although i suspect he still doesn't realise that i did it on purpose. he probably thought i didn't hear him coz when he was talking, i just turned to my other cousin and started talking). so much for being smart. that guy has all the IQ but NO EQ. no doubt he is intelligent (he got himself a bond-free scholarship to LSE and graduated with first class in acturial studies, completed his masters at cambridge and now going to do PhD) but when it comes to people, yikes. *rolls eyes* even my 7 year old cousin has an EQ higher than him. he has zero EQ, he cannot out-talk my other cousin (who is just a gradute if you want to compare qualifications) and he has a very outdated shallow-minded opinion of girls for someone of his calibre. so much for all his paper credits. i can't help but wonder, what did they teach him at LSE and cambridge?
